I am v disappointed that my Maryland +2.50 glasses arrived this morning with no black soft inner draw-string case. Just a hard outer pink case and the actual specs were just in a polythene sleeve which was directly in the pink case. Please may I have the promised and shown black soft draw-string bag as well? I had already bought my first pair from John Lewis and both hard and soft cases were given without even asking for them.
They arrived quickly and I am pleased with them but feel I have not got the full deal as yet. When you are kind enough to send the black soft 'case' I shall select the excellent rating. Thank you for this, in advance!
