Print instructions

1. Clicking the "VIEW EYE CHART" button will bring up the reading chart in a new window or tab.

2. There you click on the print button as seen below. This will bring up a print dialog.
Step 1
DO NOT select Print from the file menu.

3. In this dialog, set the Page Scaling to None.
Step 2

4. Click the OK button to print the chart.
Step 3

1. Without glasses place the chart in front of you, at a distance of approximately 15" (40cm).

2. Read down the chart until you reach a line that you cannot read clearly and the number on the right is the lens strength you require.
